Countryside in Canada
Read MoreInnuit kids in Sheshatshiu village, Goose Bay area
I never new the difference between Innu and Innuit people. At the "Interpretation centre" of the zone,
a lady who said she was Inuit, explained to us that Innu are known as "Eskimos" and
Innuit are known as "Indians".
- There are actually 2 villages in the area (I forgot the name
of the second one), and one is supposed to be of Innus while the other of Inuits.
We visited both, and this is all I know about :)

on September 24, 2010Very fun shot. And I'm certain I would have never known that they were two different groups of people. I wonder if the Innu people originated from the Innuit people.
