Trans Labrador highway
Yesterday, we've been all the day on this gravel road (actually 7 hours) and finally
arrived in Goose Bay/Happy Valley.
This whole road from St. Mary (actually Red bay) to Labrador City (part has been just opened
this year), is all gravel - about 550KM (330 miles) to Goose Bay.
When there is a lot of rain, it becomes really difficult to travel.
We've been a little worried about it.
No place to stop even not a gas station or bathroom for 7 hours..., but, we made it! :)
I hope to find some nice photos to take today in Goose Bay/Happy Valley.
We didn't have an Internet connection, so sorry that I didn't upload anything
for the past 2 days and no comments either - Thank you very much for all yours :)
- I'll try to catch up with my comments today :)
* Please look back to the past 2 photos uploaded.

on September 19, 2010Must be a fantastic new road with incredible views to make some miles. (Something like the new highways in BC) But a day of gravel, yikes I can imagine what your vehicle looks like.
