July 10, 2010 Opening/closing the locks on Rideau canal. - There are 24 lockstations along the 202 km waterway from Ottawa to Kingston. Thank you for the comments on my previous image on the locks - I didn't upload anything yesterday because of a power failure, so today I also uploaded the photo for yesterday - all taken at the Rideau canal locks.
