26 April, 2010 My first ever macro of an insect! We went outside yesterday, and prepared everything we needed, for a great session of macros in the nature. When we arrived in the park though, we realized that we have forgotten the tripod... :) - So this photo was done by handling the camera with the macro lens that doesn't have image stabilizer... what do you think about my hands? :) *** In addition: this is strait from the camera - I haven't adjusted anything to it, except transforming the RAW into jpg. :) PS. does anybody know what kind of an insect it is?... it was bigger than a mosquito... PS2 - Uh, I forgot... who guessed "end of an onion" for my yesterday's image was right :) - Thank you so much for all the kind comments - I guess I'll have to change my entry, since it could be recognized...
